Directions

TY Wellness is located in the Promenade Plaza across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall on the southwest corner of West 1st Street and Hope Street. We are conveniently located off of the 110, 101, 5 and 10 freeways, as well as near all mass transit. We validate parking. See instructions below for accessing the parking garage next to our building.

From the 10 Freeway:

Take the 110 North and quickly exit at 9th street. Make a left at Figueroa (it is the 2nd light). Take Figueroa just past 2nd street and you will see a ramp up to 1st Street on your right side. Make a right onto 1st street at the top of the ramp. Take the second right into the driveway with the sign for #700-720 and the Promenade Plaza. The first garage on the left is for the Promenade Plaza and TY Wellness.

From the 101 Freeway (going east):

Take the 101 Freeway to the Temple Street exit. Stay right onto North Hope Street. Make a right onto 1st Street (approximately ¼ mile and just after the DWP) and then take a left into the first driveway (will have a sign for #700-720). The first garage on the left is for the Promenade Plaza and TY Wellness.

From the 5 Freeway or the 110 Freeway (North of Downtown):

Take the 5 Freeway south to the 110 Freeway South. Take the Hill Street Exit and continue until 1st Street. Make a right onto 1st street and cross over Hope Street (you will see Walt Disney Concert Hall on the left). Make a left into the first driveway (will have a sign for #700-720). The first garage on the left is for the Promenade Plaza and TY Wellness.
*Alternate: Take the 5 freeway south to the 110 Freeway South. Take the 101 North exit off of the 110 Freeway and stay to your left to the Santa Ana Freeway (which is the 101 South). Quickly take the Temple Street exit. At the light make a left onto Temple Street, then a quick right onto Hope Street. Make a right onto West 1st Street (approximately ¼ mile and just after the DWP) and then take a left into the first driveway (will have a sign for #700-720). The first garage on the left is for the Promenade Plaza and TY Wellness.

Sunset Blvd:

Take Sunset Blvd East until you cross over the 110 Freeway, it will then turn into Cesar Chavez Ave. Turn right onto Grand Ave. Make a right onto West 1st Street and continue just past Hope Street (you will see Walt Disney Concert Hall on the left). Take a left into the first driveway after Hope Street (will have a sign for #700-720). The first garage on the left is for the Promenade Plaza and TY Wellness.

Beverly Blvd:

Take Beverly Blvd East until it turns into West 1st Street (it will pass under the 110 Freeway). Take a right into the driveway with the sign for #700-720 and the Promenade Plaza. The first garage on the left is for the Promenade Plaza and TY Wellness.
